Status, Roles, Rights and Responsibilities of Class and Civil Society Department

  1. Status

Class and Civil Society Department, abbreviated as “CCD” is one of the technical departments under the organizational structure of LFNC, organizing and operating under the supervision and direction of party committee, LFNC central committee. Coordinating on technical issues with the Ministry of Home Affairs, The Commission for the Advancement of Women, other related organizations of the party-government and civil society.

 

  1. Roles of Class and Civil Society Department.

 

The department is the secretariat for party committee, LFNC central committee in considering, inspecting and implementing all tasks related to class, civil society, advancement of women and children under the work of central LFNC

  2. Expand the party’s policy related to class, civil society and the advancement of women and children of LFNC into a specific plan, based on real situation in each period.
  3. Train, maintain the solidarity among classes, civil society to protect and develop the nation
  4. Give suggestions about how to set the rules or provisions on civil society to comply with the government’s laws and regulations or the organizational structure of civil societies.
  5. Monitor, inspect and encourage the implementation of party policy and government’s laws related to the benefit of classes, civil society, women and children in the area of LFNC.
  6. Improve the organization, work methods and technical training for related sectors from central to local level.
  7. Collect the disaggregated data of classes and civil society from central to local level.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with related sectors to solve the problems in order to protect the benefits of classes, civil society, women and children in the LFNC area.
  9. Manage and replace officials in the department based on their roles.
  10. Plan and systematically implement the training for officials in the department.
  11. Communicate, upgrade the knowledge about classes, civil society and enhance the advancement of women and children in or outside the country.
  12. Participate in the meetings, give some views on the party’s and government’s work and the work related to classes, civil society and women’s and children’s advancement in the area of LFNC
  13. Publish the guidelines, notices and other nominations of the party committee, LFNC higher officials about classes, civil society and women’s and children’s advancement in the area of LFNC.
  14. Manage the budget and use of vehicles for the department’s tasks equal to other departments based on the approval of higher officials
  15. Rights of Classes and Civil Society Department
  16. The department has the right to operate under its roles and obligations stated in this Decree.
  17. To communicate and collaborate with related sectors about classes, civil society and women’s and children’s advancement.
  18. Support the classes, provincial civil society, local levels and the responsible person in this work.
  19. Inspect and give advice about the regulations or provisions on civil society in compliance with the government’s laws and regulations or the organizational structure of the civil society
  20. Manage and train officials, personnel within the department about their responsibilities to carry out the tasks and upgrade their knowledge and capacity.
  21. Apply the budget, vehicles, equipment and others in the work related to classes, civil society, women’s and children’s advancement as equal to other departments based on the approval of higher level.
  22. Communicate and seek more information on classes, civil society and women’s and children’s advancement in or outside the country based on the approval of higher level.
